Your next customer is three streets from a pool you already service.

Every kilometre between pools costs you money. Pool Scout maps every pool around any address you choose and emails you the street addresses — so you can market to the streets that tighten your run instead of stretching it.

Target the right streets

Most pool businesses don't have a servicing problem. They have a density problem.

One pool here. Another twenty minutes away. Another across town. Nobody plans a route like that — it just accumulates, one yes at a time.

“I've got one customer miles from anywhere.”

Don't drop them — build around them. One report on the surrounding streets can turn a single outlier into a cluster worth the drive.

“I'm driving more than I'm servicing.”

Fill the gaps between the customers you already have. Every pool you add on a street you already visit shortens tomorrow's run.

“The route isn't making enough money.”

The cheapest customer to service is the one already on your route. Add pools between existing stops instead of adding kilometres.

“I want to work closer to home.”

Scout your own neighbourhood and build a run that starts and finishes in your own driveway.

“I've finished this suburb.”

Have you? There are usually more pools in the streets you already drive past than most operators expect.

“I'm moving into a new area.”

Start with the pool count, not a guess. Know where the density is before you spend a dollar on marketing.

Start with one location

Your next customer could be just around the corner.

Send the Pool Scout team a focused search location. Your first report is complimentary; later reports are paid each.

If it’s your first report, there’s nothing to pay. For paid reports we’ll email you an invoice, and email the PDF once payment clears.

That's   back in your day — around   a year, or room for   more pools every afternoon at 25 minutes a service.

How it works

Three steps. No software to learn, no subscription.

One pool here. Another twenty minutes away. Another across town. Nobody plans a route like that — it just accumulates, one yes at a time.

Tell us the pinpoint address to start

Give us a street address to work out from. We will return a report on the neighbouring pool addresses.

We scout and spot-check

Our system reads open-source internet data against the street dataset, finds the pools, and matches them to addresses. A person then eyeballs the results before anything ships.

You get the Report

A clean address list with a map overlay, emailed to you in 1–2 business days. Hand it straight to whoever does your drop.

FAQs

The questions we actually get asked

Is the first report really free?
Yes — one free report per business. Same process and same PDF as a paid one.
Because the drive between pools is unpaid. Two pools on the same street earn you the same as two pools twenty minutes apart, but one of those days finishes hours earlier. Growing around the customers you already have is the cheapest growth there is.
A parcel of blocks worked outwards from the address you give us. Each run takes real computing power and a human check, so whole suburbs and whole states aren’t possible. If you need more ground, order a few parcels.
Good, but not infallible. We are reliant on open-source information and as a result pools can be missed or misread. A person spot-checks every report before it goes out, and anything we’re unsure about gets flagged rather than quietly included.
Open-source internet information is matched against a public street dataset. We don’t buy marketing lists.
You get street addresses where a pool has been identified. No occupant names, no phone numbers, no household information. That’s what keeps this inside the Privacy Act.
Fill in the request form and we’ll email you an invoice. Once payment clears the PDF is sent, usually within 1–2 business days of the request.
Australian continent coverage, and if there is an issue, we will let you know.
Exclusive territory

Every area you search is locked to you for six months.

There’s no point three operators knocking on the same door. When you search an area it’s yours alone for six months — we won’t scout it for anyone else in that time.

That’s long enough to letterbox it, follow up, and introduce yourself properly before anyone else can. You aren’t buying a report — you’re taking first option on a territory.

01 — Search

Give us an address. We check the area is still open before we run it.

02 — Agree

The boundary goes in writing, so both sides know exactly what's covered.

03 — Hold

Six months, yours alone. Canvas it properly, then renew or let it go.
